From 2015 to 2019, the laboratory created conditions to support outstanding young and middle-aged talents to study abroad, and successively sent 7 young academic backbones to study abroad as visiting scholars or post-doctoral fellows, and their professional capabilities were significantly improved. And during this period, Meng Qingtao was hired as a professor, Cheng Xin, Han Lu and Wang Chunxue were hired as associate professors, Na Yuling was included in the outstanding young teacher training program of Jilin University, and Zhang Quanchao has become an academic leader in the field of Quaternary Environment and Archaeology in the laboratory. He was hired as the deputy director of the laboratory and was awarded as a young scholar in the "Changjiang Scholars Award Program" of the Ministry of Education.
